Pickups, private boats, transfers off the island and the practical things that make a day on the water work.

Hotel pickup & drop-off

Included on every trip, anywhere on Koh Lanta Yai. Air-conditioned minivan, and an earlier collection if you are staying south.

We collect from your hotel, guesthouse or villa anywhere on Lanta Yai at no extra cost. Pickup windows are listed on each trip page and assume the central west coast.

Staying at Kantiang Bay or further south adds 20 to 30 minutes to the front of your day. We will confirm your exact time the evening before.

Private boat charter

The whole boat to yourselves — longtail up to 10 guests, speedboat up to 20. Your route, your timing.

Private charters are priced per boat rather than per person, so they work out well for families and groups. You set the departure time and the itinerary, and we adjust on the day if the weather requires it.

Popular for families with young children, birthdays, and anyone who wants to snorkel a site properly instead of on a schedule.

Motorbike & scooter rental

Scooters by the day or the week, from our shop opposite Rawi Warin Resort & Spa. Helmets included.

Lanta is an island you want your own wheels on — the beaches are strung out along one road and the best places to eat are not near where you are staying. We rent scooters by the day, the week or the month.

Rented from our own shop on Lanta Yai, so if anything goes wrong you are dealing with us and not a phone number that does not answer. Helmets are included, and we will show you the road you actually want for where you are going.

Rates depend on the bike and how long you take it — daily, weekly and monthly, with longer rentals costing less per day. Message us for today’s price. We take a refundable cash deposit and we never keep your original passport.

Transfers, taxi & Phuket runs

Private taxi and transfers anywhere — Saladan Pier, Krabi, Krabi Airport, Ao Nang and Phuket.

Door-to-door private transfers by car or minivan, including the ferry crossings. Phuket is the run we do most, and we do it from anywhere on Lanta to anywhere in Phuket.

Shorter hops too: the shuttle to Saladan Pier for the ferry, hotel changes, and pickups at odd hours. We are reachable around the clock on WhatsApp, which is usually the difference when a boat time changes.

Every route is quoted per vehicle, with the ferry crossing included — see the transfers page for the runs we do most, or message us with where you are starting from.

Groups & events

Multi-boat days for larger parties, weddings, company trips and anyone travelling in numbers.

We can run several boats together for groups too large for a single charter, with the same guides, a coordinated itinerary and one point of contact.

Tell us the numbers, the date and roughly what you have in mind and we will put together a proper quote rather than a guess.

Snorkel gear & equipment

Mask, snorkel, fins and life jackets included on every trip, with child sizes and float rings on board.

All snorkeling equipment is included. Masks are rinsed and checked between trips, and we carry child sizes — ask when you book so we have one aboard for you.

Life jackets are on every boat for every guest. Float rings are available for anyone who wants to look at the reef without swimming for it. Full-face snorkel masks are not permitted on our boats for safety reasons.

Above and below the water, shared with you after the trip at no extra charge.

Our guides carry a camera and take photographs through the day, above and below the water. We share the set after the trip at no charge.

We send the set over after your trip — ask your guide on the day and they will sort it. If you would rather not appear in anything we post publicly, say so and we will leave you out.
